In many cases, most people become irritated and either never answer, write something very negative back in anger or simply block them altogether. Don't worry if you don't get a response back.  The people you are looking for are willing to talk and answer questions.  I have gathered many "students" or "newbies" if you will, to the industry this way, who just needed some support and guidance.
